I work as a therapist with students enrolled in college and university programs.
The transition between high school and postsecondary education can be significant and seeking counselling during this time can help build resilience, reduce feelings of isolation, and navigate learning challenges.

Similarly, toward the end of postsecondary education, worries and stress around what to do next are also very common!

I teach postsecondary courses at Camosun College and the University of Victoria. These experiences provide me with insight as to current concerns and problems around mental health and learning, including ADHD, autism, neurodivergence, social challenges, learning challenges, study strategies, career concerns, perfectionism, stress, anxiety, depression, and others concerns.

I offer limited discounted sessions for undergraduate students who are seeking counselling, please inquire for more information and/or see my FAQs.
