Academic Strategy Sessions
For eligible postsecondary students enrolled in an institution in BC, I offer academic strategy sessions. StudentAidBC offers funding of up to $2000 for eligible postsecondary students to access these services.
An academic strategist works with students by focusing on identifying, understanding, and developing academic strengths and areas of challenge.
Common areas of focus include motivation, procrastination, time management, goal-setting, test-taking, note-taking, asking for help, and many more.
I work with students as an academic strategist by taking a self-regulated learning perspective - through our work together you'll learn more about yourself and the tasks you face as a student and learn skills, processes, and strategies to help you succeed.

Academic strategy sessions with me are 50 minutes long and cost $150 ($142.86 + 5% GST = $150). Students usually book 10 sessions throughout a semester - this helps us build consistency and accountability toward your goals and is usually the amount of sessions funded by StudentAidBC.
